This Privacy Policy describes the practices of eFootball Edge regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of its users' information and data. This document has been prepared in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

By accessing and using the services and tools available on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth herein.

Article 1 - Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings below:

Personal Data: Any information that, directly or indirectly, identifies or can identify a natural person. For the purposes of our services, this primarily includes the Device Identifier and email address, when provided.

Usage Data: Information collected automatically about the use of the Site and Services, which may include, but is not limited to, IP address, browser type, operating system, and log data.

Device Identifier (deviceId): A unique alphanumeric identifier generated for your device on your first visit, used to manage access to specific features of the Site.

Processing: Any operation performed with Personal Data, such as those relating to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.

Article 2 - Data Collection

We collect different categories of information to operate, maintain, and improve our Services:

Data Provided Directly by the User:

Contact Information: We collect your email address and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through our forms or communication channels for support, partnerships, or other inquiries.

Data Collected Automatically During the Use of Services:

Device Identifier (deviceId): When you first access our Site, our system generates and stores a deviceId. This identifier is classified as pseudo-anonymous data and is essential for the functioning of certain features.

Activity and Transaction Data: To manage the 'Premium Uses' system, we collect information about your interactions with features that grant rewards. This includes data necessary to validate eligibility for such rewards, manage usage limits, and prevent fraudulent or duplicate redemption of offers.

Server Log Data: Our servers record standard technical information to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, and request data, which are processed to monitor the integrity of our systems and mitigate malicious activities.

Locally Stored Preferences: We use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to save information that improves your experience, such as your preferred visual theme and session authentication token.

Article 3 - Purpose of Data Processing

The processing of collected data has the following legitimate, specific, and explicit purposes:

  • For the Provision of Services: To use the deviceId to authenticate and authorize access to premium features, such as player optimizations, and to maintain the balance of uses.
  • For Security and Maintenance: To use technical data, including the IP address, to protect the Site's infrastructure, ensure service stability, and implement traffic control measures to prevent abuse and activities that could compromise service availability for other users.
  • For Communication and Support: To use the contact information provided to respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and address other administrative issues.
  • For Service Analysis and Improvement: To analyze usage data in an aggregated and anonymous form to understand how our users interact with the tools and thereby improve usability and develop new features.
  • For Monetization through Ads: To manage the display of rewarded ads, ensuring that 'Premium Uses' rewards are granted correctly and that applicable limits are respected.

Article 4 - Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data with third parties. Information sharing occurs only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with companies that provide us with technological infrastructure services, such as server hosting and database providers, who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Ad Networks: To offer rewarded ads, our Site may interact with third-party advertising networks. This interaction may involve sharing non-identifiable data or your deviceId for the delivery and validation of ads.
  • Legal Compliance and Authorities: We will disclose your data if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or the public.

Article 5 - Data Security and Retention

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures include:

  • Secure Communication: Use of HTTPS to encrypt data in transit between your browser and our servers.
  • API Authentication: Use of access tokens (JWT) to protect our API endpoints from unauthorized access.
  • Access Control: Restricted access to databases and internal systems.

We will retain your deviceId and associated activity data for as long as necessary to provide the services or to comply with our legal obligations. Server log data is retained for a limited period for security and analysis purposes.

Article 6 - Your Rights as a Data Subject

You, as the data subject, have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: To request a copy of the information we hold about your deviceId.
  • Right to Rectification: To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): To request the deletion of your data from our systems. Deleting your deviceId will result in the permanent loss of your 'Premium Uses' balance and all associated history.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at contato@efootballedge.com. To expedite your access or deletion request, please include your Device Identifier (deviceId) in your message.
